SHIPPING POLICY
Spoon la la currently offers FREE economy shipping on all orders to all 50 States. We offer same day shipping on weekdays for all orders placed before 2 pm EST. Orders placed after 2 pm EST and weekend orders are shipped next business day.
Please note that Spoon la la is not responsible for carrier delays, or any transit delays due to weather, holidays, or busy season.
RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
RETURNS:
Spoon la la accepts returns of new, unopened, and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the consumer. If you would like to request a return, please email us at support@spoon-la-la.com.
CANCELLATIONS: Spoon la la accepts cancellation requests BEFORE the order was shipped. If cancellation is requested AFTER the order was shipped, it falls under RETURNS policy, and it is the responsibility of the consumer to pay return shipping costs and return the order in a new, unopened, unused condition.
